House Rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors.
2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day.
3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls.
4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only.
5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

I am an Airbnb host, so you can imagine that my expectations are pretty high. Reginald is a wonderful host. He and the entire team were so communicative and helpful. I so appreciated them. The photos don't really do the inside justice. It is well appointed and provides you what you need. It was very clean and very quiet. I stayed with my son and daughter-in-law attending his graduation from cadet training and the location was absolutely perfect.
Her grandparents also visited, and although they slept in a different Airbnb, the space at Reginald's was very comfortable for us all to visit in.
There was coffee, all the kitchen utensils you'd need, cleaning supplies for the dishwasher as well soap and sponges for keeping things tidy. The garbage bins outside were easily accessible, so it was just a breeze to tidy up upon checkout.
The unit is on the first floor, so access is very easy. I was on crutches and had not troubled at all.
I would absolutely stay here again.
