House rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors. Dispose of butts properly.
2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day.
3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls.
4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only.
5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

We love the host! We’ve stayed at a couple of their properties and have throughly enjoyed our stay with our little family! Their communication and accommodations are worth booking with them by itself- highly recommend

I was attending my nieces HS graduation. The location of Reginald’s rental is perfect! Close to the school, grocery store, restaurants and gas stations. Definitely a future rental next time I’m in town!
