House Rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors.
2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day.
3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls.
4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only.
5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

Awesome awesome hosts ! The place was very conviniently close to the Daleville gate of fort Novosel! The place was very home like and perfect for long term stays super grateful I found a place like this for my time in the area. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family if available

Reginald’s Place had everything you would think a home would need and more, also a chart inside explaining what to do when checking out pointed you in the right direction. I will definitely be staying here again

I really enjoyed my stay at Reginald apartment. Every room was really clean. Which made me feel right at home. All of the amenities such as washer & dryer, large refrigerator and cooling & heating. I will stay at Reginald apartment again. The next time I am in the city.

This place was PERFECT for our trip to watch a military graduation. The accommodations were very clean, nicely decorated, plenty of amenities and just right for our visit. We will definitely book with Reginald again for return trips to Fort Novosal.
