1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors. 2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day. 3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls. 4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only. 5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

this was my home away from home for almost 4 months. amazing host!!! if you need anything just ask! Internet went out , before I could ask I had a text telling spectrum was looking into it and it would be fixed asap, and it was, very comfortable and can't say enough about the host!
