1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors. 2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day. 3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls. 4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only. 5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

There are a few stairs required to climb from the parking lot to the entryway of the listing. Once in the property, this unit has two levels: - The living room (with sleeper sofa), dining room, kitchen, laundry area and half bathroom are all on the ground level. - The two bedrooms and the full bathroom are located on the 2nd floor level.
