House Rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors.
2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day.
3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls.
4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only.
5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

The apartment was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. Anytime we had any kind of small issue and contacted our host. He responded very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We will definitely stay with him again as our host when we return to Alabama. We’re 100% recommend staying with Reginald as a host…….. TAS

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was spotless, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. Communication was fast and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and hospitality—it made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

I rented the condo to stay for a few days to participate in a family reunion. The condo was just as described, clean, quiet and extremely close to my daughter's house. Would definitely stay here again.
