House Rules
1) Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside of the property! You will be charged $300 if smoke is detected in the property. Please do not leave doors open if smoking outdoors.
2) Be courteous and considerate of the neighbors. Observe quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - noise must be kept to a minimum. No parties or loud music regardless of time of day.
3) Do not move the furniture. This tends to weaken legs/supports and may damage the furniture, floors, or walls.
4) Overnight stays are for registered guests only.
5) Very few of our properties allow pets (with an additional non-refundable pet fee). If you bring a pet into our property without our written permission via text or through a leasing agreement, you will be asked to leave without refund, and you may be charged additional cleaning fees or repair costs depending on the situation.

The entire house is available for use. There are only two exceptions:
- The owner's closet upstairs in the bedroom with the desk.
- There is also a detached studio apartment co-located on the property. It is located outside in the backyard and has its own separate controlled entryway.

We had the pleasure of staying at Reginald’s suite. Even prior to arrival the communication and response was professional and welcoming. Upon arrival the residence was even more pleasant than the images displayed. Everything felt right and home and well balanced to create a relaxing atmosphere during our stay. I would highly recommend watching your step on the stairs on your way up and down but other than that 10/10 recommend and we look forward to potentially staying again in the future
